We are completely responsible for delivering the assignment solutions to our clients in a timely manner as per the given requirements mentioned in the order. If the commitments of the policy are violated the customers are entitled to a full or partial refund based on our policies.
Our refund policy allows you to request reimbursement if we have failed to provide you with the promised services. We ensure that our clients are 100% satisfied with our services and at present, we have a 95% consumer satisfaction rate nonetheless things can sometimes go wrong and in these situations, you can always use our refund policy.
As per our refund policy, we will provide help in completing your order as per the guidelines provided by you.
In case of a quality issue, We will do as many corrections as you want but a refund is applicable only in case of a failed application/rejection by the concerned Authority and a refund will be processed once you will share the screenshot of the rejection letter.
In a nutshell, there is no refund in any case except for rejected applications. If you are not satisfied, we will rework and corrections will be done free of cost and as many times as you want but a refund won’t be possible. The refundable amount would be 25%.
